Andrew Kaufman founded Cogent Staffing Solutions and continues to be involved in the day-to-day operations of the firm. Andrew attained an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland. After devoting several years advancing in the accounting and finance profession, he completed his Masters of Business Administration at College Park, shifting his career to recruiting to make better use of his people skills and allow him to serve a broader clientele. After advancing within a national search firm for 7 years, he decided to start this new company where he could fully address clients’ needs and make more of a difference. During the past twenty years, Andrew has been responsible for every facet of the placement process many times over. He brings a high degree of energy and determination and an emphasis on customer satisfaction that exemplifies the organization.
